OUR STORY
Since its founding in 2004, Keswick has evolved through a series of targeted acquisitions, joint ventures and business launches across logistics, co-packing, fulfilment, food services and supply chain advisory.
The network's story moves from early investments in Delamode and Spatial Global through major European logistics activities, including Tibbett Logistics, before expanding into specialist fulfilment, packaging and food service ventures in recent years.

Tibbett Logistics
Established in Romania in 2010, Tibbett Logistics emerged from a small-scale international freight forwarding and logistics company, backed by a strategic investment. Leveraging unparalleled industry expertise and best practices, combined with the skills of a highly capable Romanian management team, the company rapidly positioned itself as Romania's leading contract logistics provider.
SGL Co-packing
In 2008, The Keswick Enterprises Group acquired Strategy Group, a Lancashire-based contract packing company. Following its rebranding as SGL Co-packing Limited, the business expanded significantly, doubling its size. It now delivers high-quality co-packing services to a range of clients, from multinational corporations to smaller, local businesses, with a focus on tailored solutions and consistent quality.
Food Services Worldwide
The Keswick Enterprises Group joined forces with the UK-based Elbar Group in 2014, acquiring equity in Food Search Worldwide (FSW). Specializing in international procurement, co-packing, and supply chain services for the food service and QSR sectors, the business expanded from UK operations to supporting franchisees across Africa, Mainland Europe, Uzbekistan and beyond. Renamed Food Services Worldwide in 2021, the company continues to grow its global footprint and industry influence.

The Keswick Group's leadership team has a wealth of experience in managing joint ventures across the UK and mainland Europe. In addition to Food Services World Wide, the Group has participated in numerous successful partnerships, with some continuing and others sold to partners or through trade sales. These ventures have spanned various industries, cementing the Group's reputation for adaptability and collaboration.
Creative Developments
The Keswick Group has pioneered various innovative business ventures, both independently and through partnerships. These initiatives span property development, consultancy, asset recovery, contract logistics, and freight forwarding. A notable example was Trust Industrial Buildings, formed to drive property investments in Romania. These developments demonstrate Keswick's commitment to diversification and innovation.
